SAVE THE DATE FOR HOLIDAY FEST 2026 ON NOVEMBER 15!
10:00 am - 4:00 pm
at Temple Israel of Alameda
3183 Mecartney Road
Alameda, CA 94502
Free Admission & Parking!
Since 2008, Temple Israel of Alameda has hosted the Alameda Holiday Fest on Harbor Bay, a beloved community holiday tradition that year after year has become a must-attend event for shoppers and vendors alike.
Items for purchase include apparel, artwork, baked goods, books by local artists, crocheted items, fused glass, honey, jam, jewelry, knitwear, photography, plants, soap, theater tickets, woodwork, vintage items, and more. It’s your one-stop shop to check everyone off your gift list, while keeping your dollars local!
Best of all, the Alameda Holiday Fest is a fundraiser for Temple Israel, Alameda’s oldest Jewish organization and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. When you shop here, you’re giving back to the community in more ways than one.
VEndor Information
We’re looking for a diverse mix of vendors to offer shoppers plenty of variety. Booth fees are $75 if you register by November 3 (Early Bird) and $95 after (Late Bird). Temple Israel members receive a 20% discount.
Space is limited, so reserve your spot soon!
Details & Guidelines
How to Register
Fill out our online form OR print and mail in a paper form. Click here for the paper version.
How to Pay
You can pay by e-check or credit card through the online registration form. If you prefer, you may mail a check or use PayPal/Venmo with your completed paper form. Once your registration is confirmed, we’ll email you the account information needed to submit your PayPal/Venmo payment.
Confirmation
Online registrations will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you register by mail, we will send your confirmation once your form and payment are received. We may contact you with any questions about your application.
Food
A café will be open throughout the event for your convenience. You are welcome to bring your own food and refreshments, but please refrain from bringing pork or shellfish.
Refunds
As this is a fundraiser, we cannot offer refunds. We may have turned away other vendors to hold your space, so we appreciate your understanding.
Parking
Parking is free. Vendors may temporarily park in front of the building to unload, but must then move their vehicles away from the main lot so shoppers can park close by.
Photos
Please send us photos of your products and/or your business logo so we can help promote your booth before the event. By submitting images, you grant us permission to use them for event publicity.
Publicity
All vendors are expected to promote the event to their networks—word-of-mouth is the most effective way to draw shoppers! Our Holiday Fest team will also advertise across social media, community calendars, flyers around Alameda, our website, and through press releases. The more we amplify together, the bigger the crowd.
Sharing a Booth
You may share a booth with another vendor you know, provided the full booth fee is paid.
Space Size
Each booth comes with either a 6’ rectangular or 5’ round table. We encourage tabletop displays to maximize space. Depending on layout, you may also place items in front of or beside your table, as long as walkways remain clear.
Wi-Fi & Electricity
Electricity may be available depending on your booth’s location—please indicate your needs on the registration form. Wi-Fi is available, but we encourage vendors to use their own hot spots when possible.
