Annual General Meeting (followed by Calendar Meeting)

All Day10:00 am: Doors open. All members need to check in so we can promptly determine a quorum. Socialize as we wait for the meeting to begin.
10:30 am - Noon: Our Annual General Meeting ("AGM") begins. Let's look forward to next year as we vote on important items like our next fiscal year's budget, board nominations and approving any bylaws changes. This is the only time of year we can vote on those items so please attend.
Noon - 1:00 pm: Lunch break and opportunity to begin work on our Annual Calendar Meeting. Bring your lunch if you are staying for the calendar meeting.
1:00 - 2:00 pm: Our Annual Calendar Meeting takes place securing as many of our big events and activities known already for the year. A second meeting might be necessary and will be scheduled in November or December online.
