Our Master Calendar Meeting is on Sunday, June 9, following the Annual General Meeting. President Kimberlee will provide an overview of the format and purpose of the Master Calendar Meeting so staff, event coordinators, members & committee chairs can arrive on June 9th with more confidence and preparation.

Bring your questions and ideas to this prep session as someone else attending might want to collaborate with you. You do not need dates for your events as we are not adding any to the calendar at this meeting, only discussing, brainstorming, and answering your questions. Events you are thinking about could be our examples.
